ParcelSignal is a research service operated by MyLeads Consulting Services ("we"). By buying a sheet or subscription you agree to these terms.
What you buy
A spreadsheet of Travis County, Texas properties with delinquent property taxes, ranked by our scoring method and built only from public records (Travis County Tax Office and Travis Central Appraisal District). The single-week plan gives you the current week's sheet. The monthly plan gives you a new sheet every Monday while it is active.
What we are not
We are not a real-estate broker, wholesaler, lender, law firm or tax advisor. We do not contact property owners, negotiate or take any fee tied to a transaction. Nothing we publish is legal, tax or investment advice.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for verifying title, liens, taxes and property condition before any offer, and for following federal and Texas rules for mail, calls and texts (including the TCPA and do-not-call rules) when you contact owners.
License
Sheets are for your own business use. Do not resell, republish or share them outside your company.
Payments
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. The monthly plan renews each month until you cancel from your receipt email. Refunds follow our refund policy.
Accuracy
Data comes from public county records as published at the time we build each sheet. Records can change after that (for example, when an owner pays). We do not guarantee that a property is available or that an owner will sell.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 30 days.
