First-week guarantee
If any row in your first sheet does not match the Travis County record for that tax account on the day we built the sheet, reply to your receipt within 7 days and we refund your first payment in full.
Monthly plan
Cancel any time from your receipt email. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Later months are not refunded once that month's sheet is delivered.
Single week
Refundable under the first-week guarantee above.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
